Data we collect

When you use Posey, we collect:

• Account information: Email address and profile data when you sign in with Google
• Workout data: Training plans, workout sessions (timestamps, duration, detected exercises), and AI coaching messages
• Camera and pose data: Video frames and body pose keypoints are processed on your device and sent to Google Gemini for real-time coaching. This data is used only to provide form feedback and is not stored by Posey beyond the coaching session

How we use it

We use your data to:

• Provide personalized fitness coaching and training plans
• Improve the Posey experience
• Authenticate and manage your account

Third parties

Posey relies on the following services:

• Google / Firebase: Authentication (Google Sign-In), Firestore (user and training plan storage)
• Google Gemini: Pose data and camera frames are sent to Gemini for AI coaching. Audio from the coach is streamed back. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data

Data storage

User and training plan data is stored in Firebase Firestore. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of data collection by not using the app
• Contact us with questions or requests about your data
